Moroccan and international, the house cooking is prepared with fresh produce from the market. Lunch and dinner are simply asked for — tell us what you feel like, the kitchen takes care of the rest.

Come evening, the table is set amid the greenery — white cloths, candles, the lit façade as a backdrop. When the east wind blows, it moves into the salons.

Pool, hammam & massages
The garden's water, the hammam's steam.
Deep in the greenery, the large pool stretches out facing the Bay of Tangier — loungers beneath the palms, stone steps, the strait for a horizon. Set apart, the traditional hammam keeps an age-old ritual alive: a vault in half-light, candlelit niches, a warm stone bench, unhurried hands. Massages and treatments are arranged on request, in the cement-tiled wellness room.
